ILE Consulting Group was founded in 2016 to serve nonprofit organizations and mission-based small businesses committed to building their communities. We specialize in organizational leadership and board development, capacity building and strategic planning as well as, fund development.
ILE’s team has over 35 years of combined experience in nonprofit management, professional development, social research and education. We have served community-based organizations, small businesses, educational institutions and major national institutions across the nation.
Anasa Scott-Laude, Managing Director
Anasa is a nonprofit consultant with 20 years nonprofit and higher education leadership experience combined. Anasa has facilitated strategic planning, research for program evaluation and needs assessments and leadership development for nonprofit organization since 2006. She is an analytical and conceptual thinker who effectively partners with community-based nonprofit leaders to assess opportunities, facilitate strategic decisions and drive successful implementation.
Anasa facilitated multi-year strategic planning for community development corporations in New York and in the Midwest. One of her clients, West Harlem Group Assistance, as a result of her consultancy, was positioned for several large scale housing development projects. She was instrumental in conceptualizing and drafting a multi-year federal contract for tenant services at a HUD redevelopment site. She also conceived and implemented an economic corridor strategy on Lenox Avenue in Central Harlem resulting in reduction in commercial unit vacancies, providing opportunities for small minority businesses and improving the mix of goods and services available for local consumers.
Anasa has provided needs assessments for Allen AME Neighborhood Preservation Program and East Harlem Business Capital Corporation, working as a research consultant with the Urban Technical Assistance Project.
Anasa Laude leverages her background in higher education to provide rare insight and analysis to pressing community needs. She over saw one of the largest public policy fellowship programs in the City University of New York (CUNY) system, the Colin Powell Fellowship at City College NY (CCNY). In this role she recruited, hired and trained part-time faculty and oversaw curriculum development and community-based research initiatives. She has taught courses at CCNY and Parsons New School University. She is the recipient of two awards, Leader in Residence- New York Life Endowment for Emerging African American Issues at CCNY and Parsons/New School University Innovation and Education Award.
Anasa received a BA and MA in Economics from the City College of New York.
Franky Laude, Policy and Media Director
Franky Laude, Policy and Media Director at ILE Consulting Group, LLC has 15 years in media and arts education. He was a fellow at the Fabric Workshop conducting public arts programs with Philadelphia’s youth. Franky has taught courses for the City University of New York for over 10 years. He has provided consultancy and analysis on projects involving media and policy analysis of with keen insight into issues of public import. He also provides graphic art services for organization publications. Franky received a BFA from Youngstown State in Ohio and MFA from Maryland Institute College of Arts.
