ILE Strategies – ILE Consulting Group, LLC was founded in 2016 to serve organizations with a bold vision for community impact and resilience.
Our fund development and strategic planning services targets resources for sustainable, climate resilient communities.
As a result of ILE’s network of partners, planning and fund development services, leaders have raised a combined total of $310 million, increasing their funding by over 70% on average and through our advising are able to successfully plan and manage the implementation of their award.
ILE’s team has over 35 years of combined experience in nonprofit management, professional development, social research and higher education. We have served community-based organizations, small businesses, government agencies, institutes of higher education and national nonprofit organizations.
Our team speaks Haitian Creole.
We are a member of the US Green Building Council and are MBE certified as ILE Consulting Group, LLC in New York City.

Anasa Scott-Laude, LEED AP BD+C – Managing Partner
Anasa’s experience in community development spans 20 years.
Anasa facilitated strategic planning for community development corporations who, as a result of her consultancy acquired several large scale housing development projects, resulting in contracts totaling over $ 420 million. She was instrumental in conceptualizing and drafting a multi-year federal financing for affordable homeownership in rapidly gentrifying NYC neighborhoods. She conceived and implemented an economic corridor strategy in distressed areas resulting in affordable leasing opportunities for small minority businesses and the improvement in the mix of goods and services available for local consumers.
Anasa Laude leverages her background in higher education to provide rare insight and analysis to pressing community needs, serving as a research consultant on economic opportunity and climate change impact studies at the Urban Technical Assistance Project. For over 10 years Anasa served teaching and leadership roles in higher education including the graduate Strategic Design and Management at Parsons- New School University program, the and the Environmental Economics Program at the City College of NY (CCNY). Anasa was the director of fellowships at the Colin Powell School, where she also served as Leader in Residence. She was the co-founder and Managing Director of Greenproofing, Inc. a sustainable business consultancy, founded in partnership with faculty at the City College of NY.
Anasa serves has served an advisor to several entrepreneurship hubs including Juntobot , the Zahn Innovation Center. She received a BA and MA in Economics and Finance from CCNY. She sits on the board of NY Women’s Chamber of Commerce.
Anasa is certified in LEED AP BD+C and LEED Cities and Communities Pro with the US Green Building Council.

Franky Laude, LEED for Communities and Cities Pro Co-Founder / Policy and Media Director
Franky Laude, Policy and Media Director at ILE Strategies has 15 years in media education. He was a fellow at the Fabric Workshop conducting public arts programs with Philadelphia’s youth. Franky has taught courses for the City University of New York for over 10 years. He has provided consultancy and analysis on projects involving media and policy analysis of with keen insight into issues of public import and its impact on people of color. He has also provides graphic art services for organization publications.
Franky began his career coordinating services for Caribbean entrepreneurs in the tri-state area. Franky received a BFA from Youngstown State in Ohio and MFA from Maryland Institute College of Arts.
Franky is certified in LEED for Cities and Communities Pro. with the US Green Building Council and is fluent in Haitian Creole.
De-Ann Abraham, MPA Senior Consultant
De-Ann is a corporate innovation strategist with diverse professional experience in fundraising, project management, strategic planning, and research design and innovation. Proven track record of leadership in creating strong relationships with organizational stakeholders. Passionate about human rights and empowering underserved communities. De-Ann played an instrumental role in an economic development project on the north side of Lenox Avenue for our client West Harlem Group Assistance, Inc. De-Ann has served as a consultant for L Marks and currently serves as Manager at the NYU’s Entrepreneurial Institute. She received her MPA from New School University and a certificate in the Strategic Design and Management program at Parsons School of Design Strategies.
Nandyowa Joanita, Consultant, ILE Fellow
Nandyowa Joanita is an emerging leader in the social enterprise and media space. While completing her BA she was awarded a Mastercard Foundation fellowship and after graduation later joined ILE Strategies as a fellow, supporting our social enterprise projects in Uganda. Joanita is the co-founder of Kusima, a girls empowerment initiative targeting rural Uganda. Joanita was instrumental in supporting ILE Strategies’ organizational fellow, Ghetto Research Lab in developing their communications strategy, overhauling their website, and creating a project management plan for their staff. Joanita received her Bachelor of Business Administration and Management from Uganda Martyrs University.
